e-mail sent to City Manager
Ben Hughes July 16, 2011 re: witnessing
water theft and littering.
No response from Ben. (water was for job not to drink)
Erin was unaware of
situation until reviewing the video: (Video/screen captures are before the system upgrade
with the cameras outside)

is Erin's "No Trespassing" sign on her gate.
He reads it but ignores it.
(Erin put this sign up several years ago
to keep out city contractors from illegally trespassing
and putting poison on her property during the rat baiting program.)
If trespassing, littering,
and theft was not enough...
they found other ways to disrespect
us...

~ July 25 - Erin e-mails Council/Reyes re: quality, trash, cost questions
~ July 25 - Erin requests projector use at August 1st Council meeting
~ July 26 - Neighbor sent me copy of e-mail sent to City Manager
~ July 26&27 - Response e-mail from Chris Reyes
~ July 29 - Communication Dir wants order of pictures for presentation
~ Aug 1 - E-mailed Council/Chris Reyes pictures of theft Ben look at
~ Aug 1 - Erin gives presentation at City Council meeting
- She intentionally leaves "Tiseo" name out of her speech
- Owner Joe Tiseo speaks. Throws company "under the
bus"& admits theft. Joe & Erin have confrontation
outside council chambers after the meeting
- Owner admits to receiving my e-mails (Chris never tells me).
~ Aug 3? - Erin files SCS Police report: trespassing, theft, and littering
~ Aug 4? - Ben Hughes calls Erin -- Erin expects NO action from him.
~ Aug 6-21 Erin is unavailable for SCS PD requests from Sgt. Centala
~ Aug 24? - Sgt. Centala informs Erin case sent to City Attorney
~ Aug 29-Sept 1 - Erin leaves City Attorney messages--no response
Here they did quality workmanship resulting from properly vibrating the cement around the rebar.
"Honeycombing" with the proper technique and focus on quality is a preventable structural defect.
Yet Tiseo Bros., AEW (hired engineering firm), and Chris Rayes (City CDI Dir.) all find this acceptable work with OUR tax dollars.
