When speaking during audience participation sometimes I agree with the Mayor and Council, and sometimes I don't. And when I'm on Council, I will sometimes agree with other council members, and sometimes I won't. But, I will always speak - and vote- according to what I believe is best for our city, without regard to personal friendships or alliances. Even those who disagree with me, I'm sure will respect this. I have always tried to be "the voice of the residents" while speaking at the city council meetings and will continue to do so when I'm on the council. If that sometimes means I stand alone, then so be it."
